This week we started in beautiful Smøla with, among other things, a Bird Safari, Science Show and lots of programming for students in grades 1–8 at Smøla Elementary School 🌊🔬💡 It was two days filled with sun, learning, wonder and lots of joy of exploration!☀️ On Thursday, the journey continued to Aure municipality, where we are so lucky to meet even more students at both Aure School and Tustna School today Friday🤩🙌 This is so fun!🐟🎮🫧🚙 Thank you so much for us Smøla and Aure – we love spreading the joy of science with you, and we are already looking forward to the next time! 💙🌊

Last week was simply magical! 🌊☀️ May is showing itself from its very best side, and the park is bathed in sun and spring atmosphere! 🦀 One of the big highlights of the week was our spring safari on beautiful Ellingsøya! We got to join two committed school classes from Ellingsøy primary and secondary school, and it was a day filled with wonder, learning and fantastic nature experiences on the shore. 🐧 And that's not all: We have had two penguin chicks! It's always just as big when new life comes, and we look forward to following their further development 🥹 🌟 The park is really bustling with life during the day! All week we have had a full house, with happy guests from both Norway and abroad who share the joy of learning about the sea with us. Just the way we like it! 🚐 Our own fully electric minibus has also started rolling again - ready to transport you safely and easily between the city center and the park - in green style! 🚗 And last but not least: Our brand new science van from Brages Toyota has finally been delivered! It doesn't get any fresher - and we look forward to spreading knowledge on wheels together with you in the future! A total of 23 spring safaris will be conducted with schools before the summer holidays - both here at Tueneset and out visiting the schools. Here, the students get to explore nature with their own hands and experience marine ecosystems up close! Science at its most vibrant and real - just the way we like it 😍 👩‍🏫 Heidi has been in Ås for a gathering for the Talent Center in Science, together with representatives from the 13 regional science centers. On behalf of the Ministry of Education and Research, we are working to strengthen science interest among students with great learning outcomes - in collaboration with the schools. Fantastic conditions at the Science Park, educational and so idyllic! 🤩 🚐 The Science Truck is finally in place - and we are ecstatic! Electric, delicious and ready to transport knowledge and equipment safely out to the schools.
