Up to 40 mm long.
Levested:
Sits attached to rocks or similar. Lower parts of the shore zone and in shallow water.
Distribution:
Northern distribution in Europe, but has been found south to the Canary Islands. Found along the entire Norwegian coast.
Food:
Red calcareous algae
